Dates of guaranteed reservation in the hotels: June 19-23, 2019

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon special request (biata2019@onlinereg.ru) Accommodation in hotels is guaranteed only upon receipt of payment for the entire stay.

Room reservation is provided at special prices in the hotel «Russia» from which will go transfers to the venue and back.

How to book and pay for the rooms:

For the hotel booking and payment please use the procedure of online-registration:

• Enter online-registration section using your login and password

• Click “Hotel Accommodation” button

• Choose the hotel and room category

• Please note your check-in and check-out dates, time of arrival and departure, comments

If two participants want to share a room (with two beds), ONLY ONE of them should book it and enter the name of his/her room-fellow in the “Comments” box of the Hotel Accommodation section. The option of booking a bed in a double room is available only if your room-fellow intends to stay for the same time period. If not, the accommodation in a single room will be offered

• Press the button “Submit”, go to the section “Payments” and choose the way of payment

• If you pay by bank transfer please print the bill. To find more information about the payment procedure see “Payments” section

• Confirmation: the hotel booking confirmation will be sent to your email address when we receive the payment

Deadline for the payment: May 18, 2019

Payment later including payment on arrival is available if you have:

– guarantee letter on the form of Your organization indicating the amount and terms of payment OR

– the signed contract between Monomax PCO and your organization with indication of the amount and terms of payment OR

– prepayment for at least 1 night accommodation at the hotel (on request)

Cancellation terms:

In case of cancellation before May 18, 2019 no fee is charged, the whole sum except banking costs is refunded

In case of cancellation on May 18, 2019 and later the cost of 1 night stay is charged

Information about the hotel accommodation cancellation should be made in written form only and forwarded to the Official Congress Partner by email biata2019@onlinereg.ru

Refunds:

All refunds are made within 2 weeks after the conference

Please note: according to Russian law all people coming to St. Petersburg must be registered by the local migration authorities within 24 hours upon the arrival everywhere they may across the Russian Federation. Please be informed that hotel’s registration service fee is RUR 200 per person. It should be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.
