Arrival / departure transfers for the foreign participants are included in the Conference fee.

Transportation service for an accompanying person should be paid.

Our representative or a driver will wait for you holding the sign BiATA 2019 in the arrival zone of the airport (or near the train) / at the hotel’s lobby.

Prices are indicated in RUR per car which can carry not more than 3 persons and not more than 2 pcs of luggage in one car. If you need a vehicle for more than 3 persons arriving / departing at the same flight / train or you have more than 3 pcs of luggage please inform the manager and we will hire a minivan / minibus for you.

Please be informed that if a participant didn’t use the transportation services because of insufficient excuse, the transfer should be fully paid by a participant.
